<p>On September 7, the National Bank of Uzbekistan JSC shareholders considered transferring some of the bank's assets to state and local executive authorities.</p><p>According to the resolution, several bank assets received through loans totaling 125.5 billion soums and shares in several large enterprises and organizations are transferred to the Agency for State Assets Management of the Republic of Uzbekistan, relevant authorities, and other institutions. The state's share in the bank's block of shares also decreases proportionally.</p>
