In light of non-compliance with legislative requirements, the Central Bank of the Republic of Uzbekistan has issued a prohibition on "AVO bank" JSC, restricting their ability to engage in lending, other expenses, and deposit operations. The bank's current authorized capital of 105 billion soums does not meet the minimum requirement of 200 billion soums, as stipulated since September 1, 2023.
